考察了纳米SiO2基复合隔热材料各组分添加量对吸水率的影响,同时针对复合材料吸水率高的问题,通过热处理和添加疏水纳米SiO2的方式来降低吸水率。结果表明:纳米Al2O3和无碱超细玻璃纤维对复合材料吸水率影响不大,添加锆英石会使材料吸水率升高。高温热处理会在一定程度上降低吸水率,但温度应控制在800℃以下。添加疏水纳米SiO2可显著降低材料吸水率,缩短吸水平衡时间,且添加量愈高,复合材料疏水效果愈明显。
The effects of the amount of each component of nano-SiO2 composite thermal insulation material on the water absorption were investigated. At the same time, in view of the high water absorption of the composite material, the water absorption was reduced by heat treatment and addition of hydrophobic nano-SiO2. The results show that nano-Al2O3 and alkali-free superfine glass fiber have little effect on the water absorption of the composite, and the addition of zircon increases the water absorption of the composite. High-temperature heat treatment will reduce the water absorption to a certain extent, but the temperature should be controlled below 800 ℃. Addition of hydrophobic nano-SiO2 can significantly reduce the water absorption of the material, shorten the water absorption equilibrium time, and the higher the dosage, the more obvious the hydrophobic effect of the composite material.
