目的:探讨全程健康管理对老年体检者健康体检后遵医行为的影响与作用。方法:选取在本院进行健康体检的116例老年体检者作为研究对象,随机分2组,观察组58例实施全程健康管理,对照组58例实施常规管理,观察各组体检后遵医行为并比较差异。结果:两组正确服药、正确运动及按时复诊等遵医行为指标均有明显差异,且观察组均优于对照组,P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论:老年体检者应用全程健康管理可有效提高体检后遵医行为,管理效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the effect and effect of total health management on compliance behavior of elderly medical examination after physical examination. Methods: One hundred and sixty-one elderly physical examination subjects in our hospital were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups. 58 cases in the observation group were in full health management while 58 cases in the control group were administered routinely. More difference. Results: There was a significant difference between the two groups in taking proper medication, correct exercise and on-time follow-up, and the observation group were better than the control group. P <0.05 was considered as statistically significant. Conclusion: The application of full-time health management to elderly medical examiners can effectively improve compliance with medical examinations and has a significant management effect.
