激励教学法是素质教育改革的重要成果,运用激励教学法能够激发学生学习体育的兴趣,增强学习的积极性,促进学生身心健康发展。本文从激励教学法的内涵入手,分析了激励教学法在初中体育教学中的重要作用,并探讨了在运用激励教学法时需注意的问题,对其如何得到更好的运用给出了合理建议。 Incentive teaching method is an important achievement of quality education reform. The use of inspiring teaching method can stimulate students’ interest in learning physical activities, enhance the enthusiasm of learning and promote their healthy development. Starting from the connotation of motivation teaching method, this article analyzes the important role of motivation teaching method in junior high school physical education and discusses some problems that should be paid attention to when using motivation teaching method, and gives some reasonable advice on how to use it better .
