针对油气勘探规划部署的多目标、多层次特点,基于多目标决策理论基础,建立了优选油气勘探规划方案的数学模型。综合考虑油气田勘探的特殊性,从勘探成效和经济效益2个方面入手,选择了单井探明储量、进尺探明储量、单位探明储量勘探费用和内部收益率、净现值、投资回收期6个评价指标,并对某探区8个规划方案进行了综合评价和优选。实际应用证实,油气勘探规划指标优选方法的应用,对于进一步提高油气田勘探规划部署水平,减少决策失误具有一定的实用价值。
Aiming at the multi-objective and multi-level features of oil and gas exploration and planning deployment, a mathematical model of optimizing oil and gas exploration and planning scheme is established based on the multi-objective decision theory. Considering the peculiarities of oil and gas field exploration, this paper chooses single well proven reserves, proven ruins of reserves, unit proved reserves exploration cost and internal rate of return, net present value, payback period from the two aspects of exploration results and economic benefits. 6 evaluation indexes, and conducted a comprehensive evaluation and optimization of 8 planning programs in a certain area. Practical application confirms that the application of oil and gas exploration planning index optimization method has certain practical value for further improving the level of oil and gas field exploration planning and deployment and reducing decision errors.
