[目的 ]用临床常用的 4种梅毒筛查和确认试验 ,比较各方法的特异性和敏感性。 [方法 ]用 RPR、 TRUST和 TPHA、 TPPA分别进行梅毒血清及梅毒质控样品的筛查和确认试验 ,应用 EL ISA检测 SL E血清的 ANA和抗ENA,对 SL E血清进行 RPR、 TRUST检测试验。 [结果 ]RPR、 TRUST、 TPHA、 TPPA对 72份梅毒血清分别检出6 8、 6 8、 71、 72份 ;对梅毒质控样品的检测灵敏度为 1∶ 8~ 1∶ 2 5 6 0 ;35份 SL E的 ANA、抗 ENA阳性率为 96 %、88% ,其 RRR、TRUST均阴性。 [结论 ]特异性梅毒螺旋体确认试验 TPHA、TPPA的灵敏度高于非特异性筛查试验RPR、TRUST,以 TPPA最灵敏。随着 RPR、TRUST质量的提高 ,其 SL E生物学假阳性已很低。
[Objective] To screen and confirm four kinds of commonly used syphilis clinics to compare the specificity and sensitivity of each method. [Methods] Screening and confirming the quality control samples of syphilis and syphilis using RPR, TRUST, TPHA and TPPA respectively. ELNA was used to detect ANA and anti-ENA of SL E serum. RPR and TRUST were performed on SL E serum . [Results] The sera of 72 syphilis cases were detected by PCR, TRUST, TPHA and TPPA respectively. The detection sensitivity of the syphilis quality control samples was 68, 68, 71 and 72, respectively. The positive rate of anti-ENA in SL E ANA was 96% and 88%, respectively, and both RRR and TRUST were negative. [Conclusion] The sensitivity of TPHA and TPPA for the identification of specific Treponema pallidum is higher than that of non-specific screening tests RPR and TRUST, which is the most sensitive to TPPA. With the improvement of the quality of RPR and TRUST, the biological false positive of SL E has been very low.
