根据中国企业职工组织归属感五因子模型,编制高职院校专任教师组织归属感问卷,选取了具有代表性的XX职业技术学院专任教师作为调研对象,通过在线调研和SPSS分析得出以下结论:高职院校专任教师的组织归属感与规范、机会和情感三个因子具有显著的相关性;与理想和经济两个因素不具有显著相关性。并根据各因子组问题所得分值,分析该学院专任教师组织归属感现状及成因,提出解决策略。
According to the five-factor model of the sense of belonging of Chinese enterprises, the authors make a questionnaire about the ownership of full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges, select the representative full-time teachers of XX Vocational and Technical College as the research object, and draw the following conclusions through online research and SPSS: The sense of belonging of the full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges is significantly related to the three factors of norms, opportunities and emotions. There is no significant correlation between the two factors of ideal and economy. According to the scores of each factor group, this paper analyzes the status and causes of the sense of belonging of the college full-time teachers and puts forward the solution strategies.
