[目的]探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)癌前病变血瘀积证动物模型的研制方法。[方法]23只大鼠随机分为2组,对照组予0.85%氯化钠灌注,实验组采用甲基硝基亚硝基胍(MNNG)、乙醇、雷尼替丁灌注的综合法,造模20周,观察2组大鼠一般状况、舌质、胃重、胃黏膜病理等变化。[结果]实验组一般状况较差,舌质表现明显的血瘀征象,病理观察胃黏膜形态有典型的CAG癌前病理改变。[结论]采用MNNG、乙醇、雷尼替丁灌注的综合法研制的CAG癌前病变血瘀积证动物模型与临床该证表现有较好的一致性,为中医药研究治疗CAG癌前病变,提供了较为合适的动物模型。
[Objective] To explore the method of animal model of blood stasis syndrome of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG). [Methods] Twenty-three rats were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was infused with 0.85% sodium chloride. The experimental group was given a combination of MNNG, ethanol and ranitidine. After 20 weeks, the general condition, tongue quality, stomach weight and pathological changes of gastric mucosa were observed. [Results] The general condition of the experimental group was poor, the signs of blood stasis were obvious in the experimental group, and the morphology of gastric mucosa in the experimental group showed the typical precancerous lesions of CAG. [Conclusion] The animal model of CAG precancerous lesion with animal model of MNNG, ethanol and ranitidine perfusion has a good consistency with the clinical manifestations. It is a good method for the study of CAG precancerous lesions, Provide a more suitable animal model.
