现在医学界和营养学家对饮食和健康之间关系最大的分歧之一是吃“荤”对人类寿命的影响如何。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,健康养生的意识不断增强。在人们平时观念中,食荤易得心脑血管等疾病,是高血压、高血脂、高血糖“三高”病诱发的罪魁祸首。所以现代人谈“荤”色变。其实,只要科学、合理的食荤,不但不影响健康长寿,而且还能健康养生、延长寿命。
Nowadays, one of the biggest differences between the medical profession and nutritionists in the relationship between diet and health is the impact on life span of human beings. With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the awareness of health preservation has been continuously enhanced. In the usual concept of people, food and easy to eat cardiovascular and other diseases, is hypertension, hyperlipidemia, high blood sugar “high” disease-induced culprit. So modern people talk about “dirty” color change. In fact, as long as the scientific and reasonable diet, not only does not affect the health and longevity, but also healthy health and prolong life expectancy.
