目的:国外文献报道4HPR对乳腺癌具有显著的化学预防及治疗作用。本文拟探讨4HPR对Hela细胞的抑制作用。方法:运用荧光显微镜、电子显微镜、动物致癌试验及流式细胞仪分析等方法。结果:通过荧光显微镜、电子显微镜观察发现Hela细胞发生明显的形态学改变;流式细胞仪检测,Hela细胞DNA出现显著改变;裸鼠致癌试验也提示4HPR抑制Hela细胞生长。结论:上述结果提示4HPR在体内外对Hela细胞均具有较强的抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: Foreign literature reports that 4HPR has significant chemopreventive and therapeutic effects on breast cancer. This article is to investigate the inhibitory effect of 4HPR on Hela cells. Methods: Fluorescence microscopy, electron microscopy, animal carcinogenicity assay, and flow cytometry analysis were used. Results: The morphological changes of Hela cells were observed by fluorescence microscope and electron microscope. The DNA of Hela cells was significantly changed by flow cytometry. The carcinogenicity test of nude mice also showed that 4HPR inhibited the growth of Hela cells. Conclusion: These results suggest that 4HPR has a strong inhibitory effect on Hela cells both in vitro and in vivo.
