先天性并指畸形是发生率第二的先天性肢体畸形。分指手术主要包括分指、指蹼重建和指体侧方皮肤覆盖3个方面，其中指蹼重建是最关键的。作者通过回顾文献，介绍指蹼解剖知识，总结分指手术的一般原则和方法，解读Z字皮瓣、双三角皮瓣、矩形皮瓣及以掌背动脉穿支为蒂的岛状皮瓣的设计原理与应用情况，也介绍了近年国内出现的不植皮重建指蹼的方法。“,”Syndactyly is the second common congenital hand anomaly. Syndactyly release includes finger separation, web-space reconstruction and skin coverage. Among them, web-space reconstruction is the most important step. The authors reviewed the web-space anatomy, the principles and method of syndactyly release, as well as the designs and applications of Z-plasty, the double-triangle flap, the dorsal rectangular flap, the dorsal metacarpal perforator flaps for web-space reconstruction. The graft-free methods which were recently reported in China were also introduced.
