本文用免疫细胞化学和组织化学方法,对20只小白鼠的脾脏进行了研究。结果发现B淋巴细胞主要集中在滤泡和边缘区;T淋巴细胞主要集中在动脉周围淋巴鞘。在B淋巴细胞分布区杂有少数T淋巴细胞,T淋巴细胞分布区杂有少数B淋巴细胞。红髓内主要为IgM和IgG的浆细胞和成浆细胞,边缘区的B淋巴细胞为ALP阳性,而滤泡中心及红髓的B淋巴细胞为阴性,可能是另一个不同的亚群。吞噬墨汁的吞噬细胞仅见于边缘区,红髓的吞噬细胞均无吞噬墨汁现象,可能是属于另一个功能不同的亚群。
In this paper, immunocytochemistry and histochemical methods, the spleen of 20 mice were studied. The results showed that B lymphocytes mainly concentrated in the follicular and marginal zone; T lymphocytes were mainly concentrated in the periarterial lymphatic sheath. There are a few T lymphocytes in the B lymphocyte distribution area, and a few B lymphocytes in the T lymphocyte distribution area. The red pulp is predominantly plasma cells and plasmapheresis of IgM and IgG, while the B lymphocytes in the marginal zone are ALP positive, whereas the B lymphocytes in the follicular center and red pulp are negative and may be another distinct subpopulation. Phagocytic cells that engulfed the ink were found only in the marginal zone. Phagocytic cells in the red pulp did not have phagocytic ink and could belong to another subpopulation with different functions.
