本文主要描述:利用力学原理推测木质复合板的吸湿变形以及实验程序。将美国胶合板协会规定的五合板和定向刨花板放在相对湿度为95%条件下进行处理,并且在此条件下,板子只能从一面吸收水份。处理后,测量在长度和宽度方向上的园筒状的变形,并且将实际测量值与推测值相比较,结果:推测值与实际测量值之间有较好的规律。
This article mainly describes: The use of mechanical principles to predict the moisture absorption deformation and experimental procedures of wood composite panels. The plywood and oriented strand board specified by the American Plywood Association were treated under a relative humidity of 95%, and under these conditions, the board could only absorb water from one side. After processing, the cylinder-shaped deformations in the length and width directions were measured, and the actual measured values were compared with the estimated values. As a result, there was a better rule between the estimated values and the actual measured values.
