继刚需购房者、改善性需求购房者之后,农民工已成为中央决策层眼中“能够支持住房消费”的庞大购房群体。根据目前全国楼市的情况,去库存政策手段将主要在二、三线城市实施,因此,为避免调控政策再次演变为对楼市的大规模刺激,未来的楼市政策将侧重于针对性较强的手段。从这一角度来说,城镇化进程中的“新市民”将成为最佳群体。
