目的探讨营养干预结合中医体质在社区孕妇健康管理中的应用疗效。方法选择2014年10月—2015年9月在广州市荔湾区岭南街社区卫生服务中心接受健康管理的180名孕妇,采用随机数字表格法分为对照组和干预组各90人。对照组按照社区孕妇健康管理要求进行定期随访,干预组在对照组的基础上,根据中医体质给予营养干预。观察并记录两组孕妇营养知识知晓情况、中医保健知识知晓情况、妊娠并发症、妊娠结局的差异。计量资料比较采用t检验,计数资料比较采用χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果干预组营养知识知晓率、中医保健知识知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组妊娠期高血压、妊娠期糖尿病、贫血、羊水过少、巨大儿、低出生体重儿、早产、剖宫产发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养干预结合中医体质在社区孕妇健康管理应用可以帮助孕妇掌握孕期营养知识、中医保健知识,有助于降低妊娠并发症发生,改善妊娠结局,促进母婴健康。
Objective To explore the effect of nutrition intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on the health management of pregnant women in community. Methods A total of 180 pregnant women undergoing health management in Lingnan Street Community Health Service Center, Liwan District, Guangzhou from October 2014 to September 2015 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 90 random persons. Control group in accordance with the requirements of community health management for regular follow-up, intervention group on the basis of the control group, according to the constitution to give nutrition intervention. Observe and record the two groups of pregnant women know the nutritional knowledge, knowledge of health care in traditional Chinese medicine, complications of pregnancy, pregnancy outcome differences. Measurement data were compared using t test, count data were compared using χ ~ 2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The rate of awareness of nutritional knowledge and knowledge of health care in TCM was higher in the intervention group than in the control group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The incidence of gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus, anemia, oligohydramnios, macrosomia, low birth weight infants, premature birth and cesarean section in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of nutrition intervention combined with TCM constitution in the community health management of pregnant women can help pregnant women to grasp the nutritional knowledge during pregnancy and knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and health care, reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications, improve the pregnancy outcome and promote the health of mothers and children.
