从COTS(Commercial-Off the Shelf)器件在微小卫星平台系统的应用需求出发,通过分析COTS器件应用的瓶颈问题和空间辐射环境的特殊影响,对卫星平台系统COTS器件的筛选与老练流程控制方法,COTS器件空间应用的机、电、热设计,COTS器件的检错、容错技术,COTS器件的空间环境效应防护加固技术,COTS器件系统可靠性分析、验证与评估方法等方面的研究现状进行综述,并对可能涉及到的关键技术进行探讨;该研究结论可为微小卫星服役前对COTS器件系统空间应用设计提供参考,推动包括国产器件在内的COTS系统在航天领域的应用。
Based on the application requirements of COTS (Commercial-Off the Shelf) devices in the microsatellite platform system, by analyzing the bottleneck problem of COTS devices application and the special influence of space radiation environment, the method of COTS device selection and sophisticated flow control in satellite platform system, COTS device space applications of mechanical, electrical, thermal design, COTS device error detection, fault tolerance technology, COTS device space environmental protection and reinforcement technology, COTS device reliability analysis, verification and evaluation methods and other aspects of the research status are reviewed, And discuss the key technologies that may be involved. The conclusions of this study can provide a reference for the design of COTS device system space applications before the micro-satellites are in service, and promote the application of the COTS system including the domestic devices in the aerospace field.
