目的:探讨监狱警察从工作中的心理脱离对其生活满意度的影响,以及工作家庭冲突在二者之间的作用。方法:采用心理脱离量表、工作家庭冲突量表和生活满意度量表对河南省5所监狱的238名监狱警察进行调查。结果:监狱警察的心理脱离与工作-家庭冲突负相关(P<0.01),与家庭-工作冲突相关不显著(P>0.05),与生活满意度正相关(P<0.01),工作-家庭冲突与家庭-工作冲突正相关(P<0.01),且二者均与生活满意度负相关(P<0.01);心理脱离显著正向预测生活满意度(P<0.01),且心理脱离对生活满意度的影响是通过工作-家庭冲突这一中介变量实现的,间接效应为0.15,占总效应的44%,心理脱离通过家庭-工作冲突影响生活满意度的间接效应不显著。结论:从工作中的心理脱离可以显著提高监狱警察的生活满意度,并且这种影响是通过工作-家庭冲突的完全中介作用实现的。
Objective: To explore the impact of psychological detachment of prison police on their life satisfaction and the role of working-family conflict in the two. Methods: A total of 238 prisonsmen in 5 prisons in Henan Province were investigated using the Scale of Psychological Displacement, Work-Family Conflict Scale and Life Satisfaction Scale. Results: The psychological detachment of prison police was negatively related to work-family conflict (P <0.01), not related to family-work conflict (P> 0.05), to life satisfaction (P <0.01) (P <0.01), and both were negatively correlated with life satisfaction (P <0.01). Psychological detachment significantly positively predicted life satisfaction (P <0.01), and psychological detachment satisfied with life The influence of degree is realized through the mediating variable of work-family conflict. The indirect effect is 0.15, accounting for 44% of the total effect. The indirect effect of psychological disengagement on life satisfaction through family-work conflict is insignificant. CONCLUSIONS: The psychological detachment from work can significantly improve the life satisfaction of prison police, and this effect is achieved through full mediation of work-family conflicts.
