为了寻找更安全、可靠的治疗前列腺增生症的方法，我院从１９９５年６月起，对３０名良性前列腺增生症患者，采用８０５ｎｍ半导体激光器，行经尿道激光前列腺切除术。随访３个月至１年，其中２５例疗效满意，４例症状较术前有不同程度的改善，１例失败。经尿道激光前列腺切除术操作简单、安全，不出血，组织汽化、凝固效果佳，恢复快，痛苦小，疗效肯定 In order to find a safer and more reliable method for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, our hospital from June 1995 on 30 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia using 805nm semiconductor laser transurethral laser prostatectomy.
