以我国辽宁黑山膨润土为原料,制备了铬交联膨润土(Cr-CLB)和钴交联膨润土(Co-CLB)。考察了影响其物化性能的一些制备因素、酸性及某些催化反应性能。实验结果表明,提高反应老化温度可以缩短老化时间;Cr-CLB和Co-CLB具有良好的环己烷脱氢性能;Cr-CLB还具有较高的酸性,因此具有接近铝交联膨润土(Al-CLB)的裂化活性。
Chromium cross-linked bentonite (Cr-CLB) and cobalt-crosslinked bentonite (Co-CLB) were prepared from Beishan bentonite in China. Some factors influencing physicochemical properties, acidity and some catalytic properties were investigated. The experimental results show that the aging time can be shortened by increasing the aging temperature of the reaction; Cr-CLB and Co-CLB have good cyclohexane dehydrogenation performance; Cr-CLB also has a high acidity and therefore close to Al- CLB) cracking activity.
