煤矿软岩巷道的岩体强度低、胶结程度弱,在爆破掘进过程中易受爆破卸载效应的影响,导致围岩变形量增大、巷道支护承载力降低等现象。以新上海一号煤矿112051工作面矩形软岩巷道的掘进爆破工程为背景,通过FLAC3D的非线性动力平台进行分析,研究了矩形软岩巷道的振动损伤、应力状态、变形规律与能量响应等动力反应特性。结果表明:软岩巷道两帮为拉剪破坏,顶、底板部位为剪切破坏;爆破自由面上围岩的动力扰动更加强烈,受影响的巷道长度为24~28 m;水平纵向波的振动速度最大,且振动频率集中于70~90 Hz之间,可以将其作为巷道爆破的安全控制指标。
The rock mass of soft rock roadway in coal mine has low strength and weak degree of cementation, which is easily influenced by blasting and unloading during the process of blasting and excavation, resulting in the increase of deformation of surrounding rock and the decrease of supporting capacity of roadway. Based on the blasting engineering of the rectangular soft rock roadway with 112051 working face in No.1 Shanghai Coal Mine, the nonlinear dynamic platform of FLAC3D is used to analyze the vibration damage, stress state, deformation law and energy response of rectangular soft rock roadway. Reaction characteristics. The results show that the two sides of soft rock roadway are tensile shear failure, and the top and bottom parts are shear failure. The dynamic disturbance of surrounding rock on the free surface of blasting is more intense, and the length of the affected tunnel is 24 ~ 28 m.
