From July 9 to July 11, a special seminar on civil aviation navigation and intelligence work was held in Beijing. The participants at the conference included the chief responsible officer of the national navigation intelligence system, 41 full-time regional intelligence inspectors and system administrators. The meeting first conducted a discussion on the Regulations on the Training of Navigation Intelligence Staff, the Regulations on the Administration of Navigational Intelligence Inspectors and the Regulations on the Management of the License for Navigation Information Operators, and conducted extensive discussions on how to implement the rules on the renewal of licenses. During the meeting, South Africa, Southwest China and East China Aviation Administration Aviation Information Center introduced the preparation
