在经济全球化条件下,跨国公司经营战略已经从完全的内部一体化向准内部化甚至外部化转变。战略管理学派从战略协调、共同管理以及组织适应的角度研究跨国公司,对其投资行为进行动态分析,而邓宁的国际生产折衷理论存在解释力的局限。本文对此展开论述并指出,就现有跨国公司的全球竞争态势而言,怎样发展比怎样形成更有意义。因此,对外直接投资的研究应将重心从对企业第一次进入海外市场的关注,转向跨国公司如何通过协调全球性的生产和经营网络以获取可持续的竞争优势的研究。
Under the conditions of economic globalization, the business strategy of multinational corporations has shifted from complete internal integration to quasi-internalization and even externalization. The strategic management school studies multinational corporations from the perspectives of strategic coordination, joint management and organizational adaptation, and conducts a dynamic analysis of their investment behavior. However, there is an explanatory power of Dunning’s international production trade-off theory. This article begins with a discussion and points out that in terms of the global competition situation of existing TNCs, it is more meaningful to develop than to develop. Therefore, the study of OFDI should shift its focus from the first time that a company enters the overseas market to the study of how multinationals can achieve sustainable competitive advantage through the coordination of global production and operation networks.
