提高全无油压缩机性能和可靠性的研究

由于我国开始全无油压缩机的研究工作只有四、五年时间,所以人们对全无油压缩机的性能和可靠性十分关注。本文就作者在研究开发5.5kW全无油压缩机过程中,为提高压缩机的性能和可靠性所采取的主要途径及其结果进行分析讨论。作者认为:完善活塞密封结构,提高输气系数;减小活塞环的磨损率;采用舌簧阀;采用较好的冷却方式等措施对提高全无油压缩机的性能和可靠性是有效的。 As China started the research work of oil-free compressor only four or five years, so people are no oil compressor performance and reliability are very concerned about. In this paper, the author in the research and development of 5.5kW all oil-free compressor process, to improve compressor performance and reliability of the main ways taken and the results were analyzed and discussed. The author thinks that it is effective to improve the performance and reliability of the all-oil-free compressor by improving the piston seal structure, increasing the gas transmission coefficient, reducing the wear rate of the piston ring, adopting the reed valve, adopting the better cooling method and so on.
