在培养基上研究了从大豆胞囊线虫的胞囊上分离到的厚垣轮枝菌(Verticilliumchlamydosporium)的两个菌株[菌株Ⅰ,从黑龙江省安达分离的(AV),菌株Ⅱ,从辽宁省沈阳分离的(VC)]常用杀菌剂多菌灵及除草剂已草胺和威霸的反应。试验结果表明:在低浓度的多菌灵(0.1,1μg·mL(-1))处理下,菌株Ⅰ和菌株Ⅱ的菌丝生长几乎不受影响,或仅受到轻微地抑制。两菌株在其它较高浓度(10,50,100μg·mL(-1))处理下都表现受到抑制.在观察的所有浓度的乙草胺处理对菌株Ⅰ均表现出不同程度地抑制,其中,在1,50μg·mL(-1)处理下受到抑制较轻;菌株Ⅱ仅在500μg.500μg·mL(-1)浓度处理下受到明显抑制,而在其它浓度(1,10,50,200μg·mL(-1))抑制程度较轻。在用威霸处理试验中,菌株Ⅰ在浓度10μg·mL(-1)的处理下受到抑制较轻,在其它浓度(1,50,200,500μg·mL(-1))的处理下均受到不同程度的抑制;菌株Ⅲ仅在200,500μg·mL(-1)的处理下受到完全抑制,在其它浓度处理下受到的抑制程度较轻。
Two strains of Verticillium chlamydosporium isolated from the cyst of soybean soybean cyst nematode [strain I, AV isolated from Anda, Heilongjiang Province, strain II, from Liaoning Province Shenyang separation (VC)] Commonly used fungicides Carbendazim and herbicides have the reaction of herbicides and Wei Pa. The results showed that the mycelial growth of strain Ⅰ and strain Ⅱ was little affected or only slightly inhibited by low concentration of carbendi (0.1, 1 μg · mL -1). Both strains showed inhibition at other higher concentrations (10, 50 and 100 μg · mL -1). Acetochlor treatment at all concentrations observed inhibited to a certain extent for strain I, of which, was less inhibited at 1, 50 μg · mL -1; strain Ⅱ was only 500 μg. At the concentration of 500μg · mL -1, it was significantly inhibited, while at other concentrations (1, 10, 50, 200μg · mL -1). Strain I was less inhibited at the concentration of 10μg · mL -1 in the treatment with Valsartan, and was affected by other concentrations (1, 50, 200, 500μg · mL -1) The strain Ⅲ was completely inhibited only under the treatment of 200 and 500 μg · mL -1, but it was less inhibited at other concentrations.
