测定房室传导系统不应期是了解心脏各部分组织的传导和应激功能的重要方法,它对于研究某些心律失常的发生机理和抗心律失常药物的作用机制都具有十分重要的意义。我院自1984年10月~1987年4月对96例病人进行了房室传导系统不应期的检测。现将结果报告如下: 临床资料与方法全组96例,男53例,女43例,年龄15~64(37.7±13.85)岁。均为本院心脏内科门诊及住院病人。仪器为泰州电子仪器厂产FD-I型多功能程控刺激仪。由于体表心电图不能记录出希氏束电位,故无法区别房室结和希一浦系统不应
