本文报导一种测定海洋生物中~(90)Sr,~(157)Cs和~(144)Ce的放射化学方法.~(137)Cs被磷钼酸铵(AMP)选择性吸附并为碘铋酸钠(Na_3Bi_2I_9)进一步纯化.~(90)Sr-~(90)Y和~(144)Ce在pH 1.5和4.5的条件下经草酸盐沉淀初步分离.用8NHNO_3-0.1M NaBro_3氧化~(144)Ce,在二一(2—乙基已基)磷酸(HDEHP)—聚三氟氯乙烯(Ke1—F)萃取色层柱上选择性分离.为了测定~(90)Sr,将子体产物~(90)Y再用HDEHP——Ke 1—F柱在pH0.8—1.0 的条件下选择性分离.系统分析简便、快速而准确.程序的去污系数良好,>10~3.化学回收率与放化回收率一致.方法已经成功地应用于海洋放射性调查中~(90)Sr,~(137)C_s和~(144)C_c的测定.
A method for the determination of ~ (90) Sr, ~ (157) Cs and ~ (144) Ce in marine organisms was reported in this paper.C 137 Cs was selectively adsorbed by ammonium phosphomolybdate (AMP) (90) Sr- (90) Y and ~ (144) Ce were initially separated by oxalate precipitation at pH 1.5 and 4.5.The oxidation of ~ (90) Sr (90) Y and ~ (144) Ce with 8NHNO_3-0.1M NaBro_3 144) Ce was selectively separated on a chromatographic column of Ke1-F (HDEHP) The product ~ (90) Y was selectively separated by HDEHP - Ke 1-F column under the conditions of pH0.8-1.0.The system analysis was simple, rapid and accurate.The decontamination coefficient of the program was good,> 10 ~ 3.Chemical The recoveries were consistent with those of the radiochemical recovery.The method has been successfully applied to the determination of ~ (90) Sr, ~ (137) C_s and ~ (144) C_c in marine radioactive survey.
