采用真空加热可得到无氧化、无脱碳、质量优、变形小、性能高、光亮如初的零件,是提高产品质量,满足高精尖热处理的重要途径之一。由于真空加热炉有结构复杂、价格昂贵、维修困难、炉子利用率低等不足,在众多的中小工厂没有这种设备,因而真空热处理的广泛应用受到一定的限制。我们根据真空炉的原理,采用无缝钢管或无缝耐热钢管制成如图所示的简易真空加热炉,用真空泵或加扩散泵将其抽成真空后,把需退火的零件装入,进行真空退火。经多年实践证明,这种简易真空加热
