目的探讨难辨认手癣的临床特点、形成原因以及治疗方式,减少误诊误治,达到根治。方法 15例误诊为其他疾病的难辨认手癣患者,详细询问病史以及做真菌直接镜检检查确诊。结果 15例病例经专科检查并行皮损真菌学涂片检查阳性,确诊为手癣,经口服、外用特比萘芬治愈。结论难辨认手癣患者有一定职业特性,皮损表现呈多形性和不典型性,详细询问病史及查体,及时行真菌检查可避免误诊,并选择患者易于接受的治疗方式。 Objective To explore the clinical features of difficult to identify hand ringworm, the formation of causes and treatment methods to reduce misdiagnosis and mistreatment to achieve radical. Methods Fifteen cases were misdiagnosed as patients with other diseases who were hard to identify with hand ringworm. They were asked for medical history and confirmed by direct microscopic examination of fungi. Results Fifteen cases were examined by specialties, and mycological smear positive in lesions were confirmed. Tinea corporis was diagnosed by hand and treated by terbinafine orally and topically. Conclusion It is difficult to identify patients with hand ringworm have a certain occupational characteristics, the lesions showed pleomorphic and atypical sex, detailed history and physical examination, timely line of fungal examination to avoid misdiagnosis, and select the patient easy to accept the treatment.
