随着工业的快速发展,对石油资源的需求量也日益增加,我国一直存在石油供需矛盾,对经济发展造成一定阻碍。在当前政治形势下,应加强石油安全战略的研究,从石油安全角度出发,研究石油工程的风险管理问题。在对石油安全的内涵进行分析的基础上,探讨目前我国石油工程风险管理实践中存在的问题,并提出几点改善策略。 With the rapid development of industry, the demand for oil resources is also increasing. China has always had the contradiction between supply and demand of petroleum and hinders the economic development. Under the current political situation, we should strengthen the research on petroleum security strategy and study the risk management of petroleum engineering from the perspective of oil security. Based on the analysis of the connotation of oil security, this paper discusses the existing problems in the practice of petroleum engineering risk management in our country and puts forward some improvement strategies.
