本文通过250例孕妇血清及250例新生儿脐血清经捕获法-EIA 检测风疹病毒特异性抗体(RV-IgM),结果:孕妇 RV 感染率为3.6%(9/250),婴儿先天性 RV 感染率为2.8%(7/250)。9例孕妇 RV-IgM 阳性中,死胎1例,早产2例,存活的8例分别于4～14月龄时随访发现行为、发育迟缓者2例,先天性漏斗胸1例,原发性癫痫1例,巨大腹股沟斜疝1例,14月龄时仅萌牙2颗者1例,经常感冒者2例.进一步说明风疹病毒感染对胎婴儿的危害,并提出孕妇应常规作风疹感染的监测以及对风疹接触者的处理方法.
