重庆钢铁公司大型轧钢车间的型钢加热炉,原用发生炉热煤气加热,自去年12月天然气工程竣工投产后,已改用天然气加热。使用两个多月以来的情况表明,效果良好,共生产了38公斤重轨、24公斤轻轨、大型槽钢、工字钢及开坯等产品,基本满足轧机要求。加热钢锭的质量亦较均匀,经对310×310×1200毫米钻孔方钢锭在加热终了时,用热电偶进行测试,结果上面温度为1260℃,中心温度为1225℃,下面温度为1220℃,完全达到开轧温度的要求。该加热炉为端出料三段式。目前,因产量不大,只使用前加热及下加热两段进行生产,上加热段封闭未用。天然气耗用量为1200-1500米~3/时,前、下加热段热分配约各占50%,使用天然气的发热值为8400-8500大卡/米~3。该炉采用半喷射双管式烧咀,天然气压力为0.5~1.0公斤/厘米~2。试验结果表明,在加热炉上使用是成功的,
