一个企业的生存发展需要很多条件,但尤为重要的是人力资源,它在企业竞争中至关重要。而企业获得高素质人才的主要来源是劳动力市场,企业与劳动力市场之间联系紧密。人力资源管理作为企业的一种特殊的投资,一项长久并具系统性的工程,它为企业的有效发展提供了所需的人才。但是企业必须根据自己的实际发展情况拟定好人才管理规划,搞好制度建设,执行时注意效果的成效,从而让企业有效地降低管理风险。
The survival and development of an enterprise need a lot of conditions, but of particular importance is human resources, which is crucial in the competition of enterprises.
