作为新一代控制系统,现场总线控制系统在自动化领域中得到了广泛的应用。现场总线的技术标准众多,CAN总线是一种应用极为普及的现场总线。文章对我国自行研发的iCAN总线协议作了简单的介绍。给出了一种基于PC机的iCAN总线主节点软件的设计方法,对软硬件进行了相应的说明。节点的设计,特别是主节点的软件设计是iCAN总线应用的关键,论文在相关实际设计工作的基础上,阐述了主要软件模块的设计程序流程,介绍了iCAN总线主节点软件的设计方法,实践证明该设计方法具有标准化程度高,可靠性高,通信速度快,抗干扰能力强,组态灵活等特点,具有广泛的应用前景。
As a new generation of control system, fieldbus control system has been widely used in the field of automation. Fieldbus many technical standards, CAN bus is a very popular fieldbus applications. The article briefly introduces iCAN bus protocol developed by our country. A design method of PC-based iCAN main node software is given, and the hardware and software are described accordingly. The design of the node, especially the design of the master node, is the key to the iCAN bus application. Based on the relevant practical design work, the thesis describes the design procedure of the main software module, introduces the design method of iCAN bus master node software, It is proved that the design method has the characteristics of high standardization, high reliability, fast communication, strong anti-interference ability and flexible configuration, and has a wide range of application prospects.
