作者报道ＡＳＡＥ７例，占同期感染性心内膜炎（ＩＥ）的１９．５％（７／３８）。感染全部侵犯心瓣膜。超声心动图（ＵＣＧ）发现主动腺瓣赘生物３例，二尖瓣２例，肺动腺瓣和三尖瓣各１例，均有高热、全身中毒症状及心功能不全，半数以上有进行性贫血、皮肤粘膜淤点和心杂音变化，脾肿大相对减少，杵状指、Ｏｓｌｅｒ小结及Ｊａｎｅｗｇｙ结节已罕见，血培养均见金萄菌生长。
The authors reported 7 cases of ASAE, accounting for 19.5% (7/38) of infective endocarditis (IE) in the same period. Infection all infringe the heart valve. Echocardiography (UCG) found in 3 cases of aortic valve neoplasm, mitral valve in 2 cases, pulmonary adenotons and tricuspid valve in 1 case, have high fever, systemic poisoning symptoms and cardiac insufficiency, more than half of progressive Anemia, mucocutaneous mucosa and changes in heart murmur, splenomegaly relative reduction, clubbing, Osler nodules and Janewgy nodules have been rare, blood cultures were found in the growth of Staphylococcus aureus.
