本文按不同年龄组采集男性人发1800多份,比较了楚雄地区克山病区与对照非病区墨江县碧溪区发硒等生命元素含量之间的差异。病区发硒平均为0.16ppm,发钾为104ppm,发镍为1.77ppm,而非病区分别为0.30、191.95和3.09ppm,病区明显低于非病区。发钼正相反,病区高于非病区,分别为0.07,和0.03ppm。根据云南克山病区以儿童为主的特点,对比了儿童与成人、病区与非病区儿童组的区别,说明除硒以外还有其他元素也呈现出有意义的差异,为探讨克山病病因提供新的线索。本文还探讨了病区与非病区发硒临界值,为监测发硒动态变化及预报克山病发生的可能性提供有意义的指标。
In this paper, we collected more than 1800 male human hair samples from different age groups and compared the differences in the content of selenium and other elements of life between Keshan Ward in Chuxiong Prefecture and Bixi District in Mojiang County. Seventy selenium average 0.16ppm, potassium is 104ppm, hair nickel is 1.77ppm, while the non-endemic areas were 0.30,191.95 and 3.09ppm, the ward was significantly lower than the non-ward. On the contrary, hair molybdenum, ward higher than non-ward, respectively, 0.07, and 0.03ppm. According to the characteristics of children in Keshan Ward in Yunnan Province, the differences between children and adults, ward and non-ward children groups were compared, indicating that there are other elements besides selenium also showing significant differences. Etiology provides new clues. This article also discusses the critical value of selenium in ward and non-ward, and provides meaningful indexes for monitoring the dynamic changes of selenium and predicting the possibility of keshan disease.
