有孔虫壳体中的微量元素组成是探明现代海洋环境以及恢复古海洋环境的重要依据。有孔虫壳体中的元素测试方式包括全分析和单个体分析。本实验利用激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱仪联机(LA-ICP-MS)对现代大型底栖有孔虫Amphistegina lobifera,Heterostegina depressa,Laevipeneroplis malayensis,Archaias angulatus壳体的微量元素组成进行了原位微区测定,并同时对Amphistegina lobifera,Heterostegina depressa进行了溶液全分析和原位微区分析对照测试。实验结果表明,四个有孔虫种壳体中均以Mg、Na、Sr、Si、B、Fe元素含量较高,且这些元素在同种的不同个体之间差异较小。Li、Cr、Mn、Ba等元素含量在此四种有孔虫中均较少,且在不同个体之间呈现较为显著的差异。对照测试结果显示,原位微区法和溶液法测得的Mg、Sr、Li元素含量无显著差异。
The composition of trace elements in the foraminifera shell is an important basis for exploring the modern marine environment and restoring the ancient marine environment. Element testing methods in foraminiferal housings include full analysis and single-body analysis. In this study, trace elements in the shell of Amphistegina lobifera, Heterostegina depressa, Laevipeneroplis malayensis and Archaias angulatus were studied by laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) The Amphistegina lobifera and Heterostegina depressa were also tested in solution and in situ microarray. The experimental results show that the content of Mg, Na, Sr, Si, B, Fe is higher in all four foraminifera shells, and these elements are less different among different individuals of the same species. The contents of elements such as Li, Cr, Mn and Ba were less in the four foraminifera, and there were significant differences among different individuals. The results of the control test showed that there was no significant difference in the contents of Mg, Sr and Li measured by the in situ micro-area method and the solution method.
