我们用改良琼脂法对鬼针草（ＢｉｄｅｎｓｂｉｐｉｎｎａｔａＬ．）进行多倍体诱变，其诱变率达５５％。多倍体后代Ｂ—９７的生物学特征与对照相比有显著差异。Ｂ—９７叶片面积是对照叶面积的１．５—２倍；果实长度比对照增大１７．５％；气孔器长度约是对照的１．５倍。Ｂ—９７结实极度下降。
We modified polygamous Bidens bipinnata L. by modified agar method with 55% mutagenesis. The biological characteristics of polyploid offspring B-97 were significantly different from the control. The leaf area of B-97 was 1.5-2 times of the control leaf area. The fruit length increased by 17.5% compared with the control. The stomatal length was about 1.5 times that of the control. B-97 strong decline.
