以4种不同类型的品种为材料,研究了在保证芝麻亲子代遗传最大相似性的前提下有效的群体种植方法和群体大小。结果表明,大田高杆作物隔离种植方法因遮光和易引诱昆虫传粉,不宜作为芝麻种子繁殖更新的方法;大田非隔离种植在去杂提纯的条件下能较好地保证芝麻亲子代遗传相似性。有效群体一般为种植群体的50%,隔离种植群体以大于50株为宜,非隔离种植群体以大于25株为宜。
Four different types of cultivars were used as materials to study the methods of population cultivation and population size under the premise of ensuring the maximum genetic similarity of sesame parents. The results showed that the isolation cropping method of field high-stem crops was not suitable for pollination of sesame seeds due to shading and easy to attract insect pollination. The non-segregating cultivation of field in the field could better ensure the genetic similarity of sesame parental offspring. The effective population is generally 50% of the planting population, more than 50 isolation planting groups is appropriate, more than 25 non-isolation planting groups is appropriate.
