中国造船工程学会管理科学学术委员会企业管理学组于一月二十五日至二十八日在上海召开了“造船企业体制改革和整顿规划研讨会”,来自全国八个地区、三十四个单位的七十一名代表参加了会议。会议首先传达了袁宝华同志在大企业学习研究首钢经验座谈会上的讲话,以及赵荫华同志在国务院各部门企业整顿工作第九次例会上的讲话。然后,由大连、江南、上海、沪东、中华、广州、文冲、黄埔等八个船厂的代表介绍了各自体制改革的方案。与会代表就如何贯彻中央关于企业体制改革和整顿的精神,搞好体制改革的有关理论和实践问题,展开了较为广泛、深入的研讨,议论了造船企业体制改革的指导思想,以及必须遵循的若干原则问题;并对一些需要上级公 The Enterprise Management Academic Committee of the Chinese Society of Naval Architects Academic Management Committee held a workshop on the reform of the shipbuilding enterprise restructuring and reorganization plan in Shanghai from January 25 to January 28, which came from eight regions in the country and thirty-four. Seventy-one representatives of the units attended the meeting. The meeting first conveyed Comrade Yuan Baohua’s speech at a seminar for large enterprises on the study of Shougang, and Comrade Zhao Yinhua’s speech at the ninth regular meeting of the State Council on corporate rectification work. Then, representatives from eight shipyards including Dalian, Jiangnan, Shanghai, Hudong, Zhonghua, Guangzhou, Wenchong and Huangpu introduced their respective system reform plans. The delegates discussed how to implement the central government’s spirit of enterprise system reform and rectification, do a good job of the relevant theoretical and practical issues of system reform, and conducted more extensive and in-depth discussions.
