以转篮法测定了国内5个厂家的元胡止痛片的体外溶出度，经方差分析表明不同厂家生产的样品间Td、T50、m等体外溶出参数均有显著性差异（p＜0．01）．提示各厂的原料来源、生产工艺和制剂水平是影响体外溶出速率的主要原因。
The in vitro dissolution rate of Yuanhu Zhitong tablets from five domestic manufacturers was measured by the basket method. Analysis of variance showed that there was a significant difference in the in vitro dissolution parameters between different manufacturers (Td, T50, m, etc.) (p<0.01). ). It is suggested that the source of raw materials, production process and preparation level of each plant are the main reasons that affect the dissolution rate in vitro.
