目的:通过比较准分子激光角膜表层切削术(Epi-LASIK)及PRK术后角膜上皮及基质的愈合过程,探讨Epi-LASIK术后上皮瓣对角膜创后修复的影响。方法:中华大耳白兔33只,随机分为观察组30只,正常对照组3只。观察组兔随机一眼行Epi-LASIK,另一眼行PRK,术后1、7天,1、3、6个月观察上皮下雾状混浊(Haze)情况;于各时相点处死动物取角膜并行HE染色,通过角膜组织病理学观察比较角膜上皮及基质愈合情况。正常对照兔不作手术。结果:术后Epi-LASIK组上皮愈合过程较PRK组缓慢(P<0.05),Epi-LASIK组Haze程度较PRK组轻;角膜组织病理学显示,Epi-LASIK组术后3~6个月时角膜上皮厚度及角膜前基质细胞数明显低于PRK组(P<0.05)。结论:Epi-LASIK上皮瓣在术后角膜创面的愈合中有重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of epithelial flap on the repair of post-corneal wound by Epi-LASIK after comparing the healing process of corneal epithelium and stroma after EK-LASIK and PRK. Methods: 33 Chinese white rabbits were randomly divided into observation group (30 cases) and normal control group (3 cases). The rabbits in the observation group were randomly divided into Epi-LASIK group and PRK group. The rabbits were sacrificed at 1, 7, 1, 3 and 6 months after operation to observe the subcutaneous haze. HE staining, corneal histopathological observation of corneal epithelium and matrix healing. Normal control rabbits without surgery. RESULTS: Epi-LASIK group had a slower healing process than PRK group (P <0.05), and Eze-LASIK group had a lower degree of Haze than PRK group. Corneal histopathology showed that Epi-LASIK group exhibited 3-6 months after operation The corneal epithelium thickness and the number of anterior corneal stromal cells were significantly lower than PRK group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Epi-LASIK epithelial flap plays an important role in the healing of corneal wounds.
