目的观察和分析针对性护理模式应用于骨科手术部位感染预防工作中的作用。方法选择2015年8月~2016年8月我院收治的101例骨科手术部位感染患者作为研究对象,将其分为对照组50例和观察组51例,其中对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用针对性护理模式。结果观察组患者的手术感染发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论采用针对性护理模式展开护理工作,能够降低患者在骨科手术后的感染发生率,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe and analyze the role of targeted nursing model in prevention of infection in orthopedic surgery site. Methods A total of 101 patients with orthopedic surgery who were admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as study subjects and divided into control group (n = 50) and observation group (n = 51). The control group received routine nursing mode and observation group Use a targeted care model. Results The incidence of surgical infection in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Nursing work with targeted nursing mode can reduce the incidence of infection after orthopedic surgery and is worthy of clinical application.
