对镁的高温氧化机理和现有的镁合金阻燃保护方法进行了简述 ,介绍了镁合金保护气体在线技术的原理和技术。把S ,C连续定量地加入到保持在设定工作温度的反应器中与洁净压缩空气反应 ,生成SO2 保护气体和CO2 辅助保护气体 ,并可对SO2 和CO2 进行浓度控制和调节。试验表明 ,镁合金液在线保护其烧损率小于SO2 和FS6 保护 ,仅为 3 .89% ,其保护效果稳定可靠。S ,C固体价廉易得 ,因此在线保护经济上很有优势
The mechanism of high temperature oxidation of magnesium and the existing methods of flame retardant protection of magnesium alloy are briefly introduced. The principle and technique of on-line protection of magnesium alloy gas are introduced. The S and C continuously and quantitatively added to the reactor kept at the set working temperature react with the clean compressed air to generate the SO2 shielding gas and the CO2 auxiliary shielding gas, and the SO2 and CO2 concentrations can be controlled and adjusted. Experiments show that magnesium alloy liquid online protection of its burning rate is less than SO2 and FS6 protection, only 3.89%, the protection effect is stable and reliable. S, C solid inexpensive, so online protection is very advantageous economically
