为让中国的指南制定者、临床医生、卫生政策制定者以及相关研究人员深入了解和恰当使用世界卫生组织(WHO)指南,GRADE中国中心联合WHO指南评审委员会(Guidelines Review Committee,GRC)围绕WHO指南的制定方法、评审原则和结构内容撰写了三篇系列文章。本文是本系列的第一篇,基于2012年《WHO指南制定手册》及2014年手册的更新版介绍WHO指南制定的基本原则和方法,旨在为中国指南制定者提供参考,以促进高质量指南的制定。
In an effort to provide guidance and guidelines to guideline-makers, clinicians, health policymakers and researchers in China, the GRADE China Center and the Guidelines Review Committee (GRC) work closely with WHO guidelines The development of methods, review the principles and structure of the content of writing three series of articles. This is the first in this series to introduce the basic principles and approaches for developing WHO guidelines based on an updated version of the 2012 WHO Guidance Manual and the 2014 Handbook to guide Chinese guideline developers in promoting quality guidelines The formulation.
