对40只肌肉麻痹、切断双侧颈迷走神经、人工通气的家兔,研究电刺激“人中”灾区所致膈神经放电变化的机理.切断眶下神经,膈神经放电效应消失;刺激眶下神经中枢端引起相似的效应;叠体间去大脑不影响上述效应的性质;延髓呼吸相关神经元的电活动的改变,与膈神经电活动的改变相适应。结果表明,电刺激家兔“人中”穴区所致膈神经放电的变化是神经反射性的,延髓呼吸相关神经元在此反射中有重要作用。
40 muscle paralysis, bilateral vagus vagus nerve and artificial rabbits were cut off to study the mechanism of electrical stimulation on the changes of phrenic nerve discharge caused by “stimulation” in the affected area of human being.If the infraorbital nerve was cut off, the effect of phrenic nerve discharge disappeared and the infraorbital nerve The central end caused a similar effect; the denervation to the brain did not affect the nature of the above effects; changes in the electrical activity of the medullary respiratory-related neurons adapted to changes in the phrenic nerve electrical activity. The results showed that the changes of phrenic nerve discharge caused by electrical stimulation in “Zhongzhong” acupoint of rabbits were neuroreflective and the neurons of medulla oblongata had an important role in this reflex.
