绕组损耗作为开关电源最重要的性能之一备受关注。其研究手段主要有理论分析、仿真分析和实测分析,但由于理论分析局限性大精度低,实测分析工程量大又耗时耗力,所以仿真分析成为其首选。传统的三维模型仿真对内存要求过高且耗时过大,而作为替代的单二维模型仿真无法完整描述实际磁场分布且误差大,因此,本文通过分析实际磁件磁通路径提出准三维模型,以规避以上缺点,并通过各种模型的损耗仿真完成了精度的验证。
