本文应用运动测量计(Kinemometer)对正常人100例、甲状腺功能减低症23例、甲状腺功能亢进症42例作跟腱反射时间测定,结果未治疗甲低组V-P间期为325.6±46.2毫秒,与正常组(186.1±35.1毫秒)比较有显著性差异(P<0.001),两组波动范围无重叠;初发未治甲亢组、已治未控制甲亢组V-P间期分别为120.0±43.9毫秒、149.7±60.4毫秒,与正常组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.001),但与正常组时值的波动范围有重叠。作者认为V-P间期与体内甲状腺素的水平相关,可作为估价甲状腺功能的指标。本文对运动测量计的装置、跟腱反射图形及测量方法作了简要的介绍。
In this paper, 100 cases of normal subjects, 23 cases of hypothyroidism, 42 cases of hyperthyroidism were measured with Achilles tendon reflex time using Kinemometer. The VP interval was 325.6 ± 46.2 ms in untreated hypothyroidism group and The normal group (186.1 ± 35.1 milliseconds) was significantly different (P <0.001), no fluctuation in the two groups of overlapping; initial untreated hyperthyroidism group, untreated hyperthyroidism VP interval was 120.0 ± 43.9 ms, 149.7 ± 60.4 ms, which were significantly different from the normal group (P <0.001), but overlapped with that of the normal group. The authors believe that the V-P interval and the level of thyroid hormone in vivo correlation, can be used as an indicator of thyroid function. This article gives a brief introduction to the device of the motion measuring device, the Achilles tendon reflectance pattern and the measuring method.
