为进一步探讨脑血流图对闭塞性脑血管病的实用价值,我们设计了本试验,将狗的颈总动脉暴露后直接测定其每分钟的脑血流量,同时进行脑血流图的描记,以后再人为的分别阻断颈内动脉及颈外动脉,观察其颅外的脑血流量及脑血流图变化情况,来判断脑血流图的诊断意义。我们结合临床诊断为脑血栓形成的87名患者的脑血流图所见,进行分析,对照动物试验,进行探讨。
