目的建立袖套法豚鼠至大鼠异种小肠移植模型,初步观察异种小肠移植超急性排斥反应的过程。方法行异种异位全小肠移植,移植小肠肠系膜上动脉(腹主动脉)与受体肾以下腹主动脉作端侧吻合,切除受体左肾,移植小肠肠系膜上静脉(门静脉)与受体左肾静脉行袖套吻合。结果共实施异种小肠移植40例,成功34例,供受体手术时间平均为150min,血管吻合成功率达90%。再灌流后15~20min移植小肠发生超急性排斥反应,表现为移植小肠变黑,肠蠕动停止,失去活力。结论袖套法豚鼠至大鼠异种小肠移植模型具有操作简便、静脉吻合口并发症少的优点,是研究异种小肠移植较好的模型。
Objective To establish a cuffed guinea pig to rat heterotrophic small bowel transplantation model, preliminary observation of heterologous small bowel transplantation hyperacute rejection process. Methods Allogeneic small bowel transplantation was performed. The anastomosis of the superior mesenteric artery (abdominal aorta) and the inferior abdominal aorta of the recipient kidney were performed anastomosis. The left kidney of the recipient was transplanted and the superior mesenteric vein (portal vein) Renal vein line sleeve anastomosis. Results A total of 40 cases of heterotrophic small bowel transplantation were successfully performed in 34 cases. The average time for donor operation was 150 minutes and the success rate of vascular anastomosis was 90%. 15 ~ 20min after reperfusion transplanted intestinal hyperacute rejection, manifested as black transplanted intestine, bowel motility stopped, loss of vitality. Conclusion The sleeve cuff method of guinea pig to rat heterologous small intestinal transplantation model has the advantages of simple operation, less complications of venous anastomosis, is a good model for the study of heterogenous small intestine transplantation.
