密集石墨铸铁是一种综合性能比较好的新型铸铁材料,尤其适用于要求高强度和良好导热性的机械零件。为了使这种新型铸铁应用到生产上,七十年代以来,国外对这种铸铁的性能和生产工艺进行了一系列试验研究,本文对这些试验研究结果作了综合性阐述,可供科研和生产的参考。此外,文中还简要地介绍了这种新型铸铁的特点和用途、各国发展密集石墨铸铁的概况以及密集石墨铸铁零件的质量检验等。
Intensive graphite cast iron is a new type of cast iron with better overall performance, especially suitable for mechanical parts that require high strength and good thermal conductivity. In order to make this new type of cast iron used in the production, a series of experimental studies have been carried out on the properties and production processes of this kind of cast iron abroad since the 1970s. The results of these experiments are comprehensively described in this paper and are available for scientific research and production The reference. In addition, the article also briefly introduces the characteristics and uses of this new cast iron, the development of intensive graphite cast iron in various countries and the quality inspection of intensive graphite cast iron parts.
