测试了温湿度独立控制空调系统主要设备的性能。结果显示,溶液除湿新风机组的平均COP为5.4,高温冷水机组的平均COP为8.9,水系统EER为5.1,典型房间室内空气参数均满足设计要求,室内空气露点温度低于冷水供水温度,干盘管处无凝水产生。空调系统单位面积年电耗为34.3kWh/m2,约为深圳甲级办公楼平均空调用电水平的69.3%。
Test the independent performance of temperature and humidity control air-conditioning system equipment. The results show that the average COP of the fresh air desiccant unit is 5.4, the average COP of the high temperature chiller is 8.9, and the EER of the water system is 5.1. The indoor air parameters of the typical rooms meet the design requirements. The indoor air dew point temperature is lower than the cold water supply temperature, No condensation at the pipe. The annual power consumption per unit area of the air-conditioning system is 34.3kWh / m2, which is about 69.3% of the average level of air-conditioning electricity consumption of Grade A office buildings in Shenzhen.
